Bank and insurance company AXA Group decided to move away from Brussels city centre, building and renovating three buildings at Boulevard du Régent and Place du Trône. As such, the complex has a gross floor area of 32,800 m2 above ground plus another 15,000 m² below ground. The entire complex is both PASSIFS 2015 and BREEAM “Excellent”-certified.
ANBICO was singled out for the quality of its Seven Metal 7.0-plus customisable partitions.
For this project, ANBICO supplied and handled:
- 6,500 m² in full-wall partitions, pre-lacquered finish (Ral colours to suit the themes of the different floors);
- 3,100 m² in soundproofed double-glazed partitions c (47 dB lab) glued
- 195 solid core doors, prelacquered metallic finish, 80 mm thickness, soundproofed (43 dB lab)
- 195 double-glazed doors, glued, 80 mm thickness, soundproofed (41 dB lab)
- 200 magnetised Lacobel glass panels.
